Getting your boiler serviced regularly will ensure it’s running efficiently and also help to keep it running safely.
By ensuring your boiler is running properly, you can save money on future repairs. Your engineer can detect and fix any minor problems to help avoid future malfunctions and costly repairs.

Unvented water heaters are safe to use if installed and maintained correctly though an annual service.

Although underfloor heating is largely maintenance-free, regular servicing is highly recommended. It’s always better to regularly maintain a system to ensure it’s constantly running smoothly and efficiently. The number of manifolds you have is usually determined by how many controllable zones you have, but if you are unsure we can check before servicing.
