A damaged boiler can be costly but by putting an LPG boiler servicing contract in place it will prevent facing a big bill. A faulty boiler isn’t just inconvenient but potentially fatal. That’s why a regular, yearly service by one of our GAS SAFE qualified engineers, is the best way to ensure the safety of you and your family.

Unvented water heaters are safe to use if installed and maintained correctly though an annual service.

Although underfloor heating is largely maintenance-free, regular servicing is highly recommended. It’s always better to regularly maintain a system to ensure it’s constantly running smoothly and efficiently. The number of manifolds you have is usually determined by how many controllable zones you have, but if you are unsure we can check before servicing.

Our engineer will carry out the following works on the service

  • Correct gas pressure and flow
  • Flue and combustion. A flue gas analyser will be used to make sure the boiler is burning the right mixture of gas and air.
  • Electrical connections are clean and in good condition
  • Fans and other key components are working efficiently
  • Seals are intact
  • Electrodes are in a good condition
  • Safety devices are checked
  • Condensate trap and pipe is not blocked
  • Water and gas pipework
